The construction of the underground car park has required, prior to the consolidation works, extensive excavation works, performed directly inside the existing structure, in order to reach the desired underground depth; at the same time the structure and part of the walls of the existing building, which were to be preserved, have not suffered any damages from the excavation thanks to the reinforcement performed.
We furthermore were able to guarantee normal operation of the shopping mall during the entire period of execution of the project.
The car park, one story underground, was destined as parking area for shopping mall visitors, and is accessible from the street level through a vehicle entrance.
